Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, message and any attached drawings.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Purpose and legal basis
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. The legal bases are your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Requests that lead to a contract are kept for as long as the law requires for commercial records.
Data recipients
Your enquiry is received by our sales and engineering staff. The website is hosted by Netlify, and contact form messages are delivered through our email provider. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to marsa@umem.ro. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
